Chicken breast with Daikon

In general, Daikon taste good in winter time.

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast
10cm Daikon
A: Salt and Pepper
A: 1tablespoon grated ginger

Potato Starch

B: 50cc Mentsuyu(noodle soup)
B: 150cc water

Directions
Cut Daikon about 1cm thick, and boil until Daikon become transparent
Cut chicken about 1cm
Mix chicken with A in the container and put it in fridge for about 10 minutes
Drench chicken in the Potato Starch to coat lightly
In a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil, add chicken
When chicken is browned, flip and cook other side
Add Daikon until it become tender
Add B
Let it simmer gently until it become thicken
