Nabe ryouri, Hot pot of Pork and vegetables

Nabe is a pan, and ryouri means a dish in Japanese. So Nabe ryouri means that we cook various things in a hot pot in Japanese. It is popular in winter. I like it because it gives you warm and cozy. Japanese usually place the hot pot in the middle of the table. We sit around the table. We chat as we cook.
