Yummy dipping sauce for Yakiniku (Yakiniku no tare)
I think many Japanese love Yakiniku. Yakiniku is like Korean BBQ. We cook thin slice of meat, seafood and vegetable. We usually do not marinate meat. So we need yummy dipping sauce. We call it " Yakiniku no tare".
There are many dipping sauces are sold at the store. But they are not cheap... I finally found the home made yummy sauce recipe
Ingredients (about serving for 4 )
100cc Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Miso
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Grated garlic
2 teaspoon Grated ginger
You could add followings as you wish..
Sake
Mirin
Hot pepper
Directions
Add all of ingredients
Heat a sauce pan over medium heat
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer
Add Sake or Mirin or Hot pepper to make a preferable flavor
