Salmon with Ponzu soy sauce

Ponzu soy sauce is a mix soy sauce with citrus fruits. It is referred as "Ponzu". Japanese use ponzu soy sauce as dipping sauce for cooking various things in a pot, Tofu, Sashimi, Salad dressing, broiled fish, dumpling and so on. My favorite way is to have Ponzu soy sauce with grated Daikon. It goes well with  even steak!!
